As our name suggests, BAR109 is located at 109 Lockhart Road, and can be found in the heart of Wanchai's famous bar district. BAR109 is close to other well known pubs, such as Escape, Joe Bananas, Bar Amazonia, 17 Fenwick, The Bridge, Players II, Located in a building of historical significance, BAR109 has managed to retain the character of the brickwork panelling, now framed in a modern setting. Opened in the middle of August 2006, BAR109 aims to cater to a broad, mixed group of party people to enjoy a comfortable place to talk, snack, drink, and dance the night away. BAR109 strives to offer a venue for regular and new guests looking for a place to chill out in an airy ambiance accompanied by superb sound and lighting effects. Upstairs offers a cosy relaxing balcony lounge and comfortable seating for couples and friends, offering great views of the busy crowd below. The ground floor consists of two parts: the front, where you enter, presents our large bar; the back, houses a garden patio covered by a marquee, washed by mood lighting.

We have crafted an impeccable selection of Asian, Western and Mediterranean snacks, reasonably priced and of superb quality. BAR109 also offers a choice selection of drinks, including fine wines, exotic cocktails, martini's, draught and bottled beers. The bar distinguishes itself through its highly friendly staff, quick and attentive service and party minded crowd - set in a colourful, bold design featuring modern art. Crazy Hour runs from 4-6pm; Happy Hour is from 6-9pm.

We are just a minute-walk heading left from Exit A1 of the Wanchai MTR station. Alternatively, call 2861-3336 and we will be happy to provide directions to your taxi driver. Or pick you up.
